General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by KecisCreations, LLC , including custom t-shirts, graduation stoles, 360 photo booth and any other merchandise sold through our website.
By accessing, browsing, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.

Keci's Creations

Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as an acknowledgment of your order but does not guarantee availability of products or services.
Customization Details: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all customization details (e.g., text, design, size) are correct before submitting an order. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during the order process.
Order Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Cancellations are only accepted before production starts. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order, and we will let you know if it is possible.
Shipping Times: We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. Please contact the carrier directly if you experience issues with delivery.

Dom's Life 360

If the client requests specific props or customizations, it must be communicated at the time of booking. Custom requests may result in additional charges.
Personalization: Dom's Life 360 will do its best to accommodate personalization requests, but cannot guarantee all customizations due to limitations in the equipment or design processes.
We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, power outages, or other emergencies.
Clients and guests are encouraged to share their photos and videos on social media. By using the booth, clients and guests agree to allow Dom's Life 360 to use any photos and videos captured for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

The client is responsible for any damage to the 360 Photo Booth or its equipment caused by improper use, negligence, or malicious actions during the event.
